The program is long form guided exercise program. It slowly take you different strength training modalities. From basic strength training, to circuit training, compound Olympic style lifts, to appropriate times to lift heavy and how to put that all together. Comprehensive means we, encourage you to add different exercise modalities like all kinds cardio exercises such as running or your favorite Zumba class to yoga. A structured functional strength training program that give your the freedom to move how you feel while teaching you to move how your were designed to move.
